BVB away shirt is mainly all black, but fades into yellow toward the bottom half of the shirt. The BVB badge is on the left of the chest and the

KAPPA logo is on the right in yellow. The jersey with V-neck wearing a "BVB" stick in the neck and two big KAPPA logos at the shoulders and a "Dortmund" pressure on the lower back. As like BVB other kits inside the neck, rounding out this design are discreet “Echte Liebe” (True Love) text. Sponsor logo EVONIK has their name in the middle of the shirt and DEUTSCHER MEISTER patch on the right sleeve.

Short/Sock

The short in yellow with a large KAPPA logo is on the sides, a BVB emblem is affixed to the right, and a Kappa logo on the left pant leg. Sock completely in black, on the front is a BVB and lettering on the back of the KAPPA logo mounted respectively in yellow.

BVB third jersey is mainly all white, with a black collar and black piping along the shoulders and sleeves. The white shirt with a black V-neck wearing a "BVB" stick in the neck, seams in contrasting color and black mesh panels on the sides. The club badge is on the left and a black KAPPA logo on the right side of the chest. Large violet EVONIK logo has their name in the middle of the shirt. In the shoulder area are two large KAPPA logo and printed on the lower back is a "Dortmund" lettering.

White base color sock with black sole and black calf ring. On the front is a BVB and lettering on the back of the KAPPA logo in yellow each placed in a black ring.
