Manchester City are offering to print the Manchester Bee emblem on their fan’s shirts to raise funds for the charity in solidarity following the May, 2017 Manchester Arena bombing. City fans can be added to online shirt orders or bought into the club’s official store at the Etihad Stadium at a cost of just £3, with the full £3 fee donated to the We Love Manchester emergency fund. The money from the fund will help the families of the 22 people who died and the 64 people who were injured at the end of an Ariana Grande concert. The bee, which was added to Manchester's coat of arms in the mid 19th century and represents the industrial heritage of the region, has been used as a symbol of strength following the Manchester Arena attack in May.
