Dutch East Indies 1938 World Cup Kits

The Dutch East Indies (now Indonesia) were the first Asian team to participate in the FIFA World Cup, when the team qualified for the 1938 tournament after its opponent, Japan football team, withdrew from the qualification heats.At that time, Indonesia was one of the Dutch colonies, so the national team use the "Netherlands East Indies" name under Nederlandsche Indische Voetbal Bond (NIVB, or Dutch Indian Football Association), was formed in 1919. But, most players are native Indonesia (plus a few Dutch players and China). The Dutch East Indies team consisting of Bing Mo Heng (goalkeeper), Herman Zommers, Franz Meeng, Isaac Pattiwael, Frans Pede Hukom, Hans Taihattu, Pan Hong Tjien, Jack Sammuels, Suwarte Soedermandji, Anwar Sutan, and Nawir who also serves as captain. Unofficial documents stated, the team played in the colours of the Dutch royal house of Orange-Nassau, white shorts and light blue socks. The lost to Hungary remains the nation's only appearance in the World Cup.

Kits Italy World Cup 1938

The France 1938 World Cup was the third staging of the World Cup. Italy retained the championship, beating
Hungary 4–2 in the final. Italy became the first team to successfully defend the title and were once more crowned World Cup winners. Coach Vittorio Pozzo and thanks to the genius of Giuseppe Meazza, who is considered one of the great.Italian football managers and players of all time.
Azurri with the previous design kits, which had been worn in the World Cup 1934, Azurri blue shirts and white shorts and black socks colour came from the Royal blue of the House of Savoy.
Italia Maglia Nera (black shirt) was worn once in whole tournament, in the quater-final match against France June 12, 1938, Italy worn 3-1. Under instruction of Benito Mussolini, Italy wore on all black strip in this match. Same shirts was ocassionally worn as the keeper kits.

Hungary 1938 world Cup kits

Hungry first match the 1938 FIFA World Cup, France was played against Dutch East Indies and won 6–0. Although they were overwhelmed by Hungary, the pride on the faces of the players representing the Dutch East Indies (now Indonesia) as the anthems were played before the game was obvious. For the debut match Hungary wore their iconic White away shirts. In the quarter-finals Hungary played with Switzerland and the match was won 2–0. The semi-finals at the Parc des Princes in Paris, Hungary played against Sweden and won 5–1. Sas, Sárosi and Zsengellér's hat-trick sent them to the 1938 FIFA World Cup final. In the final Hungary faced Italy at the Stade Olympique de Colombes in Paris. The final pitched the physically aggressive approach of the Italians against the more skilful tactics of Hungary, with the final result was 4–2 to Italy.
