The graphic UEFA Nations League patch debut in 6 September 2018. The UEFA Nations League sleeve patch is actually just showing the upper flag part of the official UEFA Nations League logo. The UEFA Nations League logo includes all the colours of the national flags of the 55 competing nations. 

 

Another 2019 UEFA Nations League Winners Badge

Following their win of the inaugural UEFA Nations League, Portugal wearing a new 2019 UEFA Nations League winners badge replaces the silver shape with the trophy in the center, framed by the logo at the top and the year 2019 at the bottom. The new badge still inspired by the Nations League visual identity.

Portugal new 2019 UEFA Nations League winners badge debut during the Nations League, Group C match 3 against France. The match ended draw 0-0 at the Stade de France, October 11. 2020.

 

Portugal 2016 European Champions Patch for Euro Qualifiers

To commemorate Portugal's Euro 2016 title, Portugal have a new red-designed Euro Winners Badge introduces a modern round-shape design in white, light blue and navy patch replaces the Euro 2016 one. The Euro 2016 Winners Badge includes the famous Euro trophy as well as the lettering UEFA European Champions

2019 UEFA Nations League Winners Badge

Portugal won the final 1–0 against the Netherlands to become the first champions of the UEFA Nations League. Following their win of the inaugural UEFA Nations League, Portugal team will be honored wearing a new UEFA Nations League winners badge replaces the Euro 2016 one.
