Atletico Madrid New Crest 2017-18

One of my favourite club,Atletico Madrid already have a new logo will be used with the 2017-18 season. The Colchoneros also move to their new 'Wanda Metroplitano' stadium, Atletico Madrid.

Design by Spainish, Barcelona base agency Vasava, the new Atletico crest introduces a subtly simplified design that also sees the respective blue and red hues slightly darkened, and the upper horizontal edge changed into an arch. Totally can be seen on the upper left of the new Atletico Madrid logo, where the 'Bear and the Strawberry Tree', green and brown colour, taken from the Madrid coat of arms, was further integrated into the rest of the design and also mirrored and enlarged.

Sadly, the new Atletico logo has received a lot of heat from the club's fans, including live protests mobilized on social media and a complete meltdown and loss of perspective that establishes this logo to radical.

Font Atletico Madrid 1996-97

In the 1996-97 season, Atletico Madrid still with the Puma as the kit supplier. With under Radomir Antić, the manager from Yugoslavia, taking charge of the club consistent performing throughout the La Liga campaign, as they finished 5th. For the 2016-17, Atlético Madrid has unveiled a new typeface to be used for player names and numbers on the back of its new home and away kits. The new design is more complicated than the previous season's that font much comic-esque model version.
For home games, it returns to a blue color as the Atlético home jersey now features stripes on the back again. A white outline is added for improved readability, while the Atlético badge is placed at the bottom. Atletico away shirt, the new typeface will be used in gold with black detailing.

Atletico Madrid also introduce players numbers on the shorts, same numeric but without the team crest.
