News sharing by friend, the new 2022 FBC Melgar commemorative shirt for the 482 anniversary of Arequipa, paying tribute to Mamita de Chapi.

Arequipa the colonial-era capital of Peru's Arequipa Region. Framed by 3 volcanoes, it's filled with baroque buildings constructed from sillar, a white volcanic stone. Arequipa is famous for its delicious cuisine, distinct colonial charm. It is also the jumping-off point for visiting Colca Canyon, the second deepest canyon in the world.
The shirt devotion translates into a phrase located at the bottom:
1. Cuando llegas al limite... (When you reach the limit) that in the face of adversity there will always beone more opportunity to get ahead.
2. ...la FE te mantendra de pie (Faith will keep you standing) that encompasses the desire to never stop believing.
3. At the top there is a commemorative shield that symbolizes our Arequipa pride and strengthens our sense of belonging.
