France is playing against Brazil in a special centennial match to celebrate the 100th anniversary of FIFA, international soccer's governing body at the Stade de France stadium in Saint Denis, near Paris, May 20, 2004. FIFA will mark its centennial game between the last two World Cup champions, Brazil and France, in a rematch of the 1998 tournament final, finished a 0-0 draw, the France team listed Coupet, Thuram, Boumsong, Desailly, Mendy, Gallas, Pires, Wiltord, Vieira, Makelele, Zidane, Trezeguet, Henry.
On the field France began in a replica of the kit from their first match in 1904 - blue shirts with collars, a belt and long cream shorts with red socks.
