The 2020 Taça de Portugal Patch

The right arms 2020 Taça de Portugal match Patch. 2020 Taça de Portugal Final was the last match of the 2019–20 Taça de Portugal, which decided the winner of the 80th season of the Taça de Portugal. It was played at the Estádio Cidade de Coimbra in Coimbra, between Benfica and Porto on 1 August 2020.

These colourful 2019 season logo was first used on September 9th matches to present. Design by the Portuguese agency Nuno Martins. 

The Taça de Portugal or in english the Cup of Portugal is an annual association football competition and the premier knockout tournament in Portuguese football. For sponsorship reasons, it has been known as Taça de Portugal Placard as of the 2015–16 season. Organised by the Portuguese Football Federation since it was first held in 1938, the competition is open to professional and amateur clubs from the top-four league divisions. Matches are played from August–September to May–June, and the final is traditionally held at the Estádio Nacional in Oeiras, near Lisbon. 

 

The final was originally scheduled to take place on 24 May 2020 at the Estádio Nacional venue in Oeiras. However, on 12 March, the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF) announced that it would be postponed due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Portugal, following the recommendations of the government. On 2 July, it was announced that the final would be played on 1 August at the Estádio Cidade de Coimbra in Coimbra, behind closed doors.

The PLACARD brand, which gives its name to the premier Portuguese football competition since the 2015/2016 edition, will this year add a special color to the stadium benches that will not leave anyone indifferent.

For reasons of health crisis due to Covid 19, the 80th edition of the Portuguese Cup final between SL Benfica and FC Porto, 17,000 personalized jerseys will be placed on the benches of the Coimbra stadium.Half will be blue for FC Porto and the other half will be red for SL Benfica, all with the graphics standards of the Placard Portugal Cup.

FIFA World Cup Russia 2018 font Dusha

The official FIFA World Cup 2018 is using a custom typeface, known as Dusha, in both its logo and broadcast graphics. Dusha, which translates to “spirit,” was designed by foundry Adotbelow based on sketches by Portuguese branding studio Brandia Central in 2014, when the look for the 2018 FIFA World Cup was first announced. 

 

FIFA World Cup Russia 2018 Qualifiers Patch

The graphic FIFA 2018 World Cup Russia Qualifiers patch used by all teams in the Qualification Group Stage for the 2018 World Cup in Russia, this is worn on the right sleeve. 

The official patch material is plastic flock. The left sleeve will boast the yellow 'FIFA My Game Is Fair Play' logo.

W.O.P France 100th Anniv. Kits (Details)

Worked on progress, the France and Nike special-edition kits to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the French Football Federation, which was founded in 1919.

The special edition jersey cuts a throwback look thanks to it's minimal but elegant design. A smart buttoned, fold-over collar with tricolour tag wraps up the overall look.

Corona Warn-App Patch

Germany, DFL Deutsche Fußball Liga together with the clubs of the Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2 and the German Football Association (DFB) with its 21 state and five regional associations, are supporting the German government launch the new “Corona Warn-App”. The new app, became available for voluntary use on June 16, 2020, and is intended to help trace and interrupt chains of coronavirus infection quickly. 

On matchdays 33 and 34 of Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2, the competition logo patch on the sleeves of all 36 professional clubs’ shirts will be replaced by the app’s logo patch. The same goes for the referees’ substitution boards. The app’s logo will also be displayed on the referees’ breast pockets and on the corner flags on both matchdays.
