Another classic Juventus sets as the requested. Juventus from 1990 through 1995 season typeface on their team kits.

Font Real Madrid 2011/12 team kits

2011-12 season La Liga winners for Real Madrid Club de Fútbol's,instead began the season finishing runners-up in the Supercopa de España to Barcelona, losing 5–4 on aggregate. Real Madrid also competed in the UEFA Champions League for the 15th successive season but losing in the semi-finals to Bayern Munich in a penalty shoot-out. They entered the Copa del Rey as the defending champions, but lost 4–3 in the quarter-finals by Barcelona. 

Still with the basic gold style numbers as the home kits for the Real Madrid new black away kits.

Font Barcelona 2011/12 team kits

Instead was unsuccessful in defending two major trophies in 2011–12 season, Barcelona manage to winning four other trophy.  Barcelona won the Copa del Rey, UEFA Super Cup, FIFA Club World Cup and Supercopa de España. Barcelona's UEFA Champions League campaign ended in the semi-finals after a 2–3 aggregate loss against eventual winners Chelsea.

Font Lecce 2011/14 kits

The Italian club US Lecce, currently it plays in the Italian Lega Pro after the relegation from Serie A in the 2011–12 season to Serie B and the sentence of the Federal Court of Justice from the Serie B and relegated to the lower division, due of its involvement in Scommessopoli scandal.

From the sources, few version Lecce emblem on the typeface have been introduced.

Font Man.United 1997/99 CL change

Manchester United alternate champions league version typeface from 1996 thru 1999 season. The text design same style as the club domestic campaign.

Font Man.United 1996/97 kits

Manchester United's won the fifth season in the Premier League,the club also reached the European Cup semi-finals, bowing out to eventual winners Borussia Dortmund of Germany, after losing both legs 1–0.

Worked in progress July 2015

I t's not always the font was on my worked list, but I'm also squeeze few hours on the kits templates neither for my client or collection project. 

Still worked Spain World Cup 1998, so far just finished the Home kits and still worked on the away kits.

There was a question from my friend how I'm show my kits worked, if that shirts have the mesh/dot pattern on the fabrics. Here the sample I'm already done on the Argentina WC 1986 home kits. Its the same effect I'm worked on the England WC1966 and few other kits.
