The metallic gold color symbolizes the club’s greatness and winning spirit, as well as its prestige and glamor.

FC Porto 2003-04 Home & Away Kits

The graphic iconic FC Porto 2003-04 Home and Away kits worked project by my friend Joaquim Gaspar.

With this Nike shirt FC Porto club ended the Primeira Liga campaign 8 points ahead of fierce rivals Benfica, a crowd pleasing accomplishment any time it happnes, as well as winning the Superta a C ndido de Oliveira, a lesser trophy but still a success for the club.

FC Porto capping off the year's end with a narrow loss to AC Milan, arguably the world's greatest side at that time.

For the Home shirts, the numbers on the back were bright red and very visible as Porto often has, the swoosh on the front has seen variations of either red or navy depending on which version of the shirt was used. This is because Nike issued a Champions League edition to accompany the league and cup edition which was in-keeping with UEFA regulations and the host of sponsorships Porto had, their shirt was often a billboard, the main sponsor on the front of the shirt would alternate between PT and Revigres.

Kits Comparison 1994-1996

Illustrated comparison Inter Milan 1994/95 and 1995/96 jersey. The home jersey was almost the exact same as last season, but again a darker blue was used and the Pirelli sponsor replacing Fiorucci.

Note: Both illustrate as player version shirts.

Inter Milan 1994-95 Home Shorts.

Illustrated Inter Milan 1994-95 player Home shirt by Umbro. Umbro designed for Inter a classic shirt with vertical stripes, three black and four blue, with a polo collar that veered towards light blue.

Embedded in a black rectangle was the sponsor Fiorucci, the last brand before the arrival of Pirelli that still sponsors the Milanese club. The touch of Umbro was also noticeable in the texture where the logo with the double diamond was reproduced in series. The shorts were black with a blue bottom edge, the same pattern was used on the socks.
