Founded in 1895, the Bundesliga club Fortuna Düsseldorf 2020 special-edition 125th Anniversary jersey. Produced by Uhlsport, the jersey is completely white except for two red decorative seams on the collar. The front has a cotton look and feel inspired by vintage vibe. The shirt will be worn in a future Bundesliga game, once a degree of normality resumes.
A special badge with the years 1895 and 2020 and the Fortuna logo: a gymnast's cross with the four F’s – “frisch, fromm, fröhlich, frei”. The crest is rounded off with "Fortuna 1895" lettering, while at the bottom right of the jersey there is a badge with the years "1895" and "2020" features the city of Düsseldorf ‘s Bergisch lion."
A limited-edition release, the Uhlsport Düsseldorf 2020 special-edition jersey retails at €90 and is presented in a special box.
The red box printed with Fortuna Düsseldorf establishment of the gymnastics club Turnverein Flingern in the village of Flingern on 5 May 1895 and league history to the 2018 season. Fortuna Düsseldorf's most successful period during these years was from the 1971–72 season until the 1986–87 season. They played 16 consecutive seasons in the Bundesliga, twice won the DFB-Pokal and reached the final of the 1979–80 Cup Winners' Cup final.
