Selangor FC New 2020 3rd Kit

This season's new '3rd Kit' version was inspired by Selangor FC's collaboration with singer and songwriter, Altimet who is also a loyal supporter of the Red Giants. Altimet which also featured a special song entitled Langgam Gendang Perang (Red Version). The song has two versions; namely Red and Yellow, inspired by the Club’s and Altimet's work which was later translated into the 'third-kit' of Selangor FC 2022.

Langgam which carries the meaning of poetry or stanza is symbolic to the cheers or voices of the supporters who always roar the stadium in every football match. And, the atmosphere accompanied by drum beats to enliven the spirit of the players on the field is what combined to be the inspiration for the title of the song and this jersey.

The color of this jersey is a mixture of red and black which is also Altimet’s favorite color and also colors that are very synonymous with the Red Giants. Red is a symbol of the vibrant fighting spirit of the players on the field and is also a symbol of the spirit of the supporters who are always there standing behind the team. While the color black symbolizes the power and strength of the team and supporters who are always united in the ups and downs and bittersweetness of a struggle.

The motif on this 'third-kit' is inspired by the echoes of drum beats of the supporters. Meanwhile, another unique touch on this jersey is the Altimet’s emblem which has been specially redesigned to include SFC (Selangor FC) as a new symbol of this collaboration between Selangor FC and Altimet. On the collar of this shirt, a line from the lyrics of the song; 'Jata Atas Baju, Jati Dalam Hati' was also incorporated. Selangor FC also sees this collaboration as a positive step in bringing the Club and supporters closer.

Ballard FC 'Henry Kit' Alternate Jersey.

The USL League 2 side Ballard FC presenting the alternate jersey - 'Henry Kit!'. Inspired by the artwork from local artist Ryan Henry Ward. Henry's urban murals are a staple of every Seattle neighborhood and iconic pieces of Seattle art. Ballard FC has made the game as they face Oly Town FC on May 30th 2022 'Henry' themed, making it the first themed game of many to be celebrated this season.

Ryan Henry Ward is a very talented artist, painting over 300 murals throughout his career. His murals are incredibly vibrant, full of bright colors, and creatures, each representing the distinct way that he sees the world. His murals can be found all throughout Seattle and, through his art, Henry has made Ballard a much more lively and fun city.

Inspired by a celebration of soccer and community, Henry partnered with us to create a mural at Reuben’s Brews Taproom in November 2021 illustrating an array of his famous characters joining together to watch a soccer match while raising a few beers for a toast.

These Ballard FC 'Henry Kit' are on sale now, available online for purchase for $85. There will also be 100 jerseys available at the May 30th game, and there is an additional limited supply on sale at Reuben’s Brews.

N.E.C. Nijmegen BNN retro shirts.

As usual i'm always the fan of the retro kits. I've got these kit news from my friends, here I'm sharing to you.

N.E.C. Nijmegen wears one-off BNN retro shirt in the club last competition match against Fortuna Sittard, 15 mei 2022. The current shirt sponsors are making way for the old-fashioned jersey with BNN on the chest. This in honor of the Bart de Graaff Foundation and BNN, which was associated with NEC as main sponsor exactly 25 years ago - The BNN logo which appeared on the NEC shirt from 1982 to 1997.

The shirts are not available in the NEC fan shop. This has to do with the fact that the BNN logo may not be commercialized. The shirts was auctioned afterwards. The entire proceeds will of course go to the Bart de Graaff Foundation.

Bart de Graaf Foundation

"Bart was a real go-getter; he had kidney disease, but managed to build a successful career as a program maker with the support of family and friends and later also became chairman of his own public broadcaster BNN. Bart was nicknamed 'Bikkel' because of this. not everyone is lucky enough to have a good network around them, or has sufficient financial resources (and a bank often finds a physical disability 'scary'), the Bart de Graaff Foundation was established. namesake, but especially to support young entrepreneurs with a life-defining physical disability or chronic illness who want to start their own business. We help them with that. These entrepreneurs are our Bikkels".
