Torino Calcio kits 1984/85 home and away

Turin base club Torino Calcio did enough to beat local rivals Juventus in the standings Italian Serie A, but despite this feat, it was not enough for an 8th league title, with Hellas Verona surprisingly taking the laurels. However, it was the first time since 1977-78 that Torino had finished second, so the season was still considered as successful for Luigi Radice boys, especially since the team qualified for the 1985-86 UEFA Cup. The club top scored 1984-85 season Italian Aldo Serena, with 9 goals.

For home, Torino with classic plain claret (Italian : granata), collar jersey, made by Adidas, was worn with white shorts and claret socks. The player numbers appearing on the shirt's back were white, making the strip simple without the Adidas three stripe trademarks. And with most kits of the time, the Torino away design featured the same styling as the home but in a different colour scheme....plain white.
