Mexican Football Federation 2022 Logo

The Mexican federation new logo of the national team, which will replace the classic emblem in 33 years ~ Use since 1962. To be debuted on kits in 2022, with a view to be carried at the Qatar 2022 World Cup too, the new emblem is a departure from the previous and both modern and boasting art-deco styling.

The Mexican national football team presented their brand-new logo at an event on December 1, 2021 at the Aztec Stadium, with the slogan "Made of the Mexicans". The design was also produced, with help from the Federación Mexicana de Fútbol’s technical partner adidas, with one eye on Mexico’s hosting duties for the 2026 mundial. El Tri's logo now features the name of the country in big letters and a more abstract outline of the iconic eagle. The other emblematic elements include the colors of the flag, the Piedra del Sol [sun stone], and the ball.
