A.S. Roma shirt/kits 2005/06
A.S Roma 2005/06 is one of my top 5 favourites team kits. Diadora and A.S. Roma mades a good combination in colour and kits design as really true Italian clubs.
A Serie A scandal was revealed during 2006 and Roma were one of the teams not involved; after punishments were handed out Roma was re-classified as runners-up for 2005–06, the same season in which they finished second in the Coppa Italia losing to Inter.
A.S. Roma team titles in 2005-06
Runners-up: Serie-A and Coppa Italia
Roma's colours of maroon red with a golden yellow trim represents the traditional colours of the Eternal City, the official seal of the comuni features the same colours. The gold symbolizes God in Roman Catholicism, while the maroon represents imperial dignity. White shorts and black socks are usually worn with the maroon red shirt, however in particularly high key games the shorts and socks are the same colour as the home shirt

Adidas "wawa aba" Africa Cup of Nation match ball
New official match ball for Ghana 2008 African Africa Cup of Nations I found today from CAF official sites articles. The adidas “wawa aba“ combines tradition and innovation and stands out due to its exceptionally strong African colouring. The ball also features the colours of the Ghanaian flag and complements the design with historical and cultural elements of Africa.
For the Akan culture originating from Western Africa the name wawa aba is a symbol of persistence. People there particularly believe in the strength and team spirit of a community. The wawa aba is the seed of the wawa tree, one of the strongest and most processible woods of Africa. For the population, the wawa aba mainly has mystical significance. These are people who don’t let failure discourage them, who seize all opportunities successfully and who are thus just as strong and adaptable as the wawa aba.

Holland shirt/kits World Cup 2006, Germany
Edwin Van der Sar goalkeeper Home & away kits at World Cup 2006 tournaments.
Referred to as "Holland", the Netherlands national football team is controlled by the Royal Netherlands Football Association. It won the 1988 UEFA European Football Championship and reached two consecutive World Cup finals in 1974 and 1978 but lost both finals to their respective host nations, West Germany and Argentina. At the peak of its success in the 1970s, the team was famous for its mastery of Total Football and was nicknamed "Clockwork Orange" for its precision passing.
The Netherlands qualified for the 2006 FIFA World Cup in Germany and finished second in Group C after beating Serbia & Montenegro (1-0) and the Ivory Coast (2-1) and drawing Argentina (0-0). Both Argentina and the Netherlands finished the group stage with 7 points, but the Argentinians had a superior goal difference and finished first as a result. The Dutch were eliminated in the second round after losing 0-1 to Portugal, in a match that produced a World Cup record of four red cards (two for either side) and was nicknamed "the Battle of Nuremberg" by the press.
The Nike kits has the no. 15 indicating it was use by defender Tim de Cler who at the time played for AZ Alkmaar
