Real Zaragoza changed its main sponsor Pikolin after almost 15 years, with Telefónica and Expo 2008 appeared in the outfits of the blanquillo set from the 2005-06 to 2007-08season. Expo 2008 was a Specialised Exposition held from Saturday, 14 June to 14 September 2008 in Zaragoza , Spain, with the theme of "Water and Sustainable Development".
