UEFA Foundation For Children Sleeve Patch
The 'UEFA Foundation for Children' patch on the left sleeve. These lextra material patch is a replacement of the 'Respect' patch.
The UEFA Foundation for Children was established on the initiative of the former UEFA President, Michel Platini, reflecting UEFA’s desire to play a more active role in society.
For years, the governing body of European football has been supporting initiatives and programmes that help children in difficult circumstances, working with numerous different partners to develop projects across Europe and beyond.
Keen to step up its activities and target them appropriately, UEFA decided to establish an independent foundation that uses sport to support humanitarian projects linked to children’s rights in areas such as health, education and integration. On 26 March 2014, at the 38th Ordinary UEFA Congress in Astana, Michel Platini stressed UEFA’s desire to enable more people to benefit from football’s role in society.
The foundation aims to help children and safeguard their rights. Sport, and football in particular, can provide support in the areas of health and children’s education, as well as promoting access to sporting activity, facilitating children’s personal development and fostering the integration of minorities.

Czech Republic national team logo 2022
Check out the new badge of the Czech Republic national team before the introduction of the complete rebranding of the national team in the spring of 2022. The national team will start using the new visual identity, including the logo, in the spring before the start of the next League of Nations.
Ten years after the last update, the new Czech Republic national team logo goes for a design that's similar to the one used by the new federation (FACR) logo earlier this year. "This year we have already introduced the new FACR logos and the Our Football project. At the same time, we announced that by the end of the year, in which we commemorate 120 years of Czech football, we will also unveil a new national team emblem. This is not a revolutionary change, but rather a modernization. However, one thing was clear - the lion had to stay in the emblem, because it is an unmistakable symbol of the Czech national team, with which players and fans identify," said the chairman of the Football Association of the Czech Republic, Petr Fousek.
The creators of the new logo, Aleš Micka, in cooperation with the VMLY & R advertising agency, relied on the current emblem of the national team, but were also inspired by, among other things, the appearance of historical coats of arms from the time of the Premyslid dynasty. As per the official announcement, the result is a "clearly original appearance of the lion and the entire coat of arms is a modern interpretation that connects history with the present."
Logo Element: 1. THE LION: is one of the main symbols of the Czech national football team has changed, which now gives a more modern and dynamic impression. However, one thing was clear - the lion had to stay in the emblem, because it is an unmistakable symbol of the Czech national team, with which players and fans identify. The purely original drawing of a lion also represents the whole country - ie Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia.
2. THE SHIELD: Colors of the Czech flag are once again represented in the shapes and borders.
