Serie A Special 2020-21 "Keep Racism Out" Patch

Special patches ‘keep racism out’ on the right sleeve of their shirts for the first round of games - Serie A 2020/2021 season opener – 19, 20 and 21 September.

Wearing by the all 20 teams in the Serie A league saw Italian clubs joining forces to tackle the longstanding issue of racism and discrimination in sports. It's a collaboration between the league and 'UNAR', the National Office Against Racial Discrimination.

Before the start of every match, all the teams lined up in front of the branded arch dedicated to the initiative, as well as the ball plinth located on the sidelines and the fourth official’s substitution/extra time board. All the captains wore the armband with the words “Keep Racism Out”.
